When Guru was still just an idea and it’s founders were researching the existing audio tour and mobile app landscape, the most glaring need for innovation wasn’t seeing QR codes deployed as a serious solution (although it was close), it was the broken business model. The broken model includes rigid RFP’s, massive up-front capital outlays and a dependence on grants and donations. Routinely absent are long term strategies to create digital content, actively manage the app or fund continued development and bug fixes.

We recognize that cultural institutions come in all shapes and sizes, each having a unique set of goals, objectives and resources. That is why we offer dynamic pricing, accounting for key characteristics such as type, size, annual visitors, etc.

Platform

From $500/month

A flexible solution that allows you to license our platform and choose which features, content, data and managed services you want access to. Includes:

• Custom-branded app available in as little as two weeks

• Access to our web-based CMS where you can upload and publish an unlimited amount of self-generated content

• Add on additional content and services as our partnership grows

Platform Plus

From $15,000 to 110,000/year

A great way to get your feet wet with our wayfinding technology, this solution includes all Platform features, plus:

• Customized maps, events calendar, institution profile and ticketing page

• Quarterly check-ins with our Customer Success Guru

• Consulting, data insights and strategies for how to phase into our Partnership Solution

How To Get Started

Our sales process is tailored to you.

Our sales process is simple… get in touch with us for your customized solution! It all starts by setting up a 30-minute call with our sales consultant who will answer questions, review your goals, budget, timeline, etc. We will then create a custom proposal based off our conversation. Once we’ve nailed down the proposal and your institution is onboard, we will send over an agreement. When the agreement is signed, we will begin onboarding!
